This Privacy Policy explains how PulseCast ("PulseCast", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Lucas Centomo — Entrepreneur individuel (Wioxpro), SIREN 108 426 750, 17 Avenue de Lapeyrière, 31240 Saint-Jean, France, processes your personal data when you use the PulseCast 24/7 streaming service at https://pulsecast.tv (the "Service").

1. Who we are

PulseCast is a 24/7 streaming service: you upload a video and give us one RTMP destination (a URL and a stream key), and our servers broadcast that video on a continuous loop to that destination. We do not connect to your platform accounts and hold no access to them. For the purposes of the EU/UK GDPR, the data controller is Lucas Centomo — Entrepreneur individuel (Wioxpro), SIREN 108 426 750.

2. What data we collect

• Account data: email address, streamer/display name, hashed password (or, with Google sign-in, your Google account identifier and email).
• Stream destinations: the RTMP URL and stream key you enter for each channel. Stream keys are encrypted at rest, are never displayed back to you or written to our logs, and are used only to publish your video to the destination you chose.
• Uploaded video: the file you upload for a channel, stored on our servers so it can be streamed. We convert it once so it can be broadcast, and delete it when you delete the channel or your account.
• Streaming configuration: your PulseCast stream key, the destinations you configure (including manual RTMP URLs and stream keys you enter, e.g. Facebook), and stream metadata such as titles and descriptions.
• Billing data: subscription plan, trial status, billing state. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number — Stripe does. We store a Stripe customer/subscription identifier.
• Usage & technical data: logs needed to operate and secure the Service (connection events, error logs, IP address, timestamps). Stream keys are masked in our logs.
• Affiliate/referral data: if you arrive via an affiliate link, a referral identifier may be associated with your subscription.

3. Google Sign-in

If you choose "Continue with Google", we receive only your Google account identifier, email address and name, and use them solely to create and sign you into your PulseCast account. This grants us no access to any other Google service — including YouTube. You can revoke it at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. How we use your data

To create and manage your account; broadcast your uploaded video to the destination you configure; display your dashboard; process your subscription via Stripe; provide support; secure the Service; and comply with legal obligations. Legal bases (GDPR): performance of our contract, your consent (connecting third-party accounts), legitimate interests (security, improvement), and legal obligation (accounting/tax).

5. Free-trial branding

While you are on a free trial (or free plan), PulseCast appends a short "via PulseCast.tv" mention to the title and description of your stream on connected destinations. Your own title and description are preserved — we only append. This stops once you are on a paid plan, and is disclosed during onboarding before your first stream.

6. Who we share data with

Service providers only, under appropriate safeguards: the streaming destination you configure (we transmit your video to the RTMP endpoint you provide); Stripe (payments — https://stripe.com/privacy); our hosting provider (e.g. DigitalOcean); and our affiliate provider (referral attribution). We do not sell your personal data.

7. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country (e.g. the United States). Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. On deletion, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except data we must retain for legal, accounting, or security reasons. Stream keys and uploaded videos are deleted when you delete the channel or your account.

9. Your rights

You may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent anytime (e.g. by deleting a channel or your account). Contact pulsecast.tv@icloud.com. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

10. Security

HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, masked stream keys in logs, and restricted access to production systems. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

11. Children

PulseCast is not intended for children under 16 (or the age required by your local law). We do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app.
